I would commend the staff for telling us the usual average waiting time of waiting and for explaining to us thoroughly the menu. And they're courteous too on customers.

First thing we noticed is that the servings offered are in mere portions compared to other branches here in Metro Manila. This might result to frequent call to the attendant and actually disturb the continuous dining of customers. Second, the vent pipes are greasy and I believe should be a matter of concern for sanitation. Third, though they have a high ceiling, there's no proper ventilation inside and the air conditioning is hideous. Fourth, the music is so loud that we didn't hear each other when we talk.

Health and Sanitation Department better inspect this Restaurant. It is not pleasing and clean. There were german cockroaches in the CR and even on their preparation food area near the tables, we wanted to get the menu since no one was serving us because they are too busy and we saw a german cockroach crawling on the menu. It’s not appetizing (gutom na gutom na kami so we don’t have choice but to stay there to eat) Idk but it’s so funny that they only have 1 customer when we arrive but they are so busy and made us wait, I thought the time of waiting is for them to clean or sanitize the table but hahaha it’s really disappointed. Oily tables and chairs. Please if there is someone working in Health and Sanitary Dept, please inspect...

I won't rate it as warm as the other restaurants due to these reasons:

Their service crews are cold in approaching their customers The way they present their meals are not polite and delectable enough The meats that we were about to cook were almost rubberized and hard to chew. It could be old and frozen for a longer period of time.
