Used to Be Good Now It's Gone Down the Drain I have fond memories from this place because they serve okay coffee with good food. But now, the place looks old and neglected. The Service: This is the worst place to order coffee. When we came, we were the only customers and we had to call 3x just for them to give us the menu. There's like 3-4 people in the counter and no one even thought about taking our orders. Had to call 3x again just to have my orders taken. What's worse? All the food we tried to order was unavailable. We settled with a donut and a couple of coffee. I had to call 3x just to ask for the bill. One dude saw me call 3x and didn't budge from where he was. I had to yell just get my bill. I ordered Americano and it tasted burnt. This place used to be nice, Guys... What happened?

Stayed here from 27.12.2024 - 04.01.2025 Got the breakfast coupons from Plaza Hotel. Food is decent portioned but limited daily on selection due to NIL Stock. I have been paying 140p per black coffee since 27.12.24 but today (02.01.25) the new staff advised coffee is FREE WITH REFILLS. Previous employees did not advise we had free coffee with our coupons and ALLOWED to charge us 140p per day for coffee totally 980 PESOS WHICH SHOULD BE FREE. IF YOU ARE STAYING IN PLAZA HOTEL BALANGA with Breakfast - Ensure you are getting what you are eligible for without PAYING EXTRA.

The place is really cozy and quiet. I can see that it is an ideal place for people who are working online as the internet/data in the place is quite strong. The mini esyamadas is too sweet for my liking but for only P50 after 6pm, it is definitely a steal and is an ideal pasalubong. In terms of drink, it definitely looks "instagramable", taste wise it was just okay. Too sweet for my liking and the chocolate drizzle is quite sour which is weird. Their brownies however is really really good. I'll be buying more next time.

The place is really cozy and quiet. I can see that it is an ideal place for people who are working online as the internet/data in the place is quite strong. The mini esyamadas is too sweet for my liking but for only P50 after 6pm, it is definitely a steal and is an ideal pasalubong. In terms of drink, it definitely looks "instagramable", taste wise it was just okay. Too sweet for my liking and the chocolate drizzle is quite sour which is weird. Their brownies however is really really good. I'll be buying more next time.
