This is the only Jollibee branch letting lazy cashier stick to just receiving payment only and not take orders. I visited the place when I checked in at Days Batangas. I love the brand and the food but the cashier when I visited, I really hate. Been dining at their other branches but never experienced any problem while ordering. I was at the counter and about to order but the cashier told me to use their electronic kiosk to order and that the counter is strictly for payment only. Been craving for chicken and their burger but lost my appetite when I asked her if its ok to order directly instead of using the kiosk since I already knew what I will have. But she was sooo adamant and insisted to use the kiosk for the order and gave emphasis that their counter is strictly "for payment" only. My boyfriend ordered take away food from this branch and had a change of mind on his drink after ordering. The lady in the counter said that the order had already been punched but she actually hasnt put the money in the register yet which means it can still be voided. Anyway, my boyfriend stayed calm and sticked to his original drink. But when he saw the lady was packing his order, he got upset again. He saw the lady was not being careful with the food while putting it in the bag as the noodles in the spaghetti got out of the box and the lumpia(spring rolls) as well.
