Hindi ito reklamo, kundi isang kwento para magsilbing aral at pagkakataon na matuto at mag-grow. Noong 12:59 PM, umorder ako ng Cheesy Jalapeño Twister Combo at isang Classic Cup. Sabi ng cashier na maghihintay ako ng 15 minuto, at handa akong maghintay. Paglipas ng 30 minuto, wala pa rin ang order ko. Napansin ko na may isang order na nakahang sa counter. Isang staff ang nagtanong kung tapos na ba, at sa kasamaang palad, itinapon ang resibo nang hindi kinukumpirma. Nang lumapit ako, doon lang nila tinanong kung ito ang order ko. Pagkatapos ay sinimulan nila gawin ang order at nag-usap tungkol dito. Kung may supervisor o manager man doon, sana ay dumating lang para magpaalam o mag-sorry. Hindi ako galit o naiinis—naiintindihan ko ang posibleng miscommunication. Ngunit sana, kahit simple, maramdaman ng customer ang sincerity at professionalism sa pamamagitan ng maayos na pakikipag-usap at pagpapaliwanag.
