Jollibee Butuan Jaqno — Restaurant in Butuan

Worst customer service ever! They let us wait on que for a very long time! The counter next to us already taken several orders but on our que, we weren't even asked what we want. The person in front of me lost his patience and just walked away. When it was my turn, I waited for several minutes..again..for someone to take my order. I then asked one of them if are they taking orders on that counter because they allowed us to fall on que, then they started blaming each other why no one was taking orders on that counter. The disappointment added when they told me that my order isn't available. Imagine standing there for minutes and not being attended to only to find out that your order is not available. Not to mention a customer was calmly asking if the AC is working because it was flaming hot in there but the crew on the counter responded sarcastically.

Customer: "Miss, nag andar inyong aircon? Init man gud kaayo" Crew: "Toa aircon Ma'am" (Points on an AC on the corner)

Seriously? Everytime mo anhi ko diri na branch kay the customer...

Very convenient location for a fast food. It’s in the middle of the city, so people coming from different directions will definitely pass by it. It’s also the oldest and still running branch of Jollibee in the city. The food and price are justifiable especially to the university students. Their spaghetti is soooo goood.. 💙 The staffs are also accommodating, and some of them are even scholars (they call it seeds) sponsored by Jollibee. But they lack staffs to accommodate everyone immediately...

This branch " JOLLIBEE J.C AQUINO, BUTUAN CITY " has poor service. They were closed from 11pm to 12mn for their monthly inventory. We came 12 minutes ahead their scheduled reopening(12 Midnight) and waited more than 30 minutes for nothing. They informed us that NO products available yet.
