wow what an experience! first we were made to tow a single line since there was only one counter open despite the presence of many customers. then they suddenly opened a second counter, GOOD! but the thing is, they made those at the tail end of the former single line the first to line up in the newly opened counter! how fair was that?!? until it was my turn at the counter where bad turned to worse. i ordered for 4 Y2's but i was told that ONLY LARGE AND JUMBO FRIES ARE AVAILABLE! that's forcing you to upgrade your order even if you don't intend to. second, ONLY iced tea is available for your drinks that's part of the package despite that their menu says you can choose coke, sprite et al. then, as if my disappointments were not yet enough, i was not told how much my total bill would be but instead, the cashier asked me how much money do i have! so since i don't understand why she wants to know how much my money is or was it how much money do i have?, i retorted hey gurl! i don't even know yet how much my bill is, why do you ask how much money would i be giving you?!? she was trying to explain but i could not understand her since she was wearing both shield and mask talking behind a plastic wall barrier. so i just gave her buo na 500 bill since in my estimate my bill would only be over 300 not keeping in mind that I WAS FORCED TO HAVE AN UPGRADE! now finally at the claim counter. the guy behind it who appears to be a manager or supervisor at the very least started calling out numbers for those having take out orders which included me. first he called out a number let's say 258 (mine was 259), then 260. ok lang baka naman nauna lang talagang ma ready si 260 for whatever reason. after about a couple of minutes after calling 260, number 258 was called again. so i did not mind or react since mine was 259. after a while since nobody was reacting to the number called, the guy asked me what my number is. so i showed him my queue card (about as big as 1/2 piece of pad paper i had back then in school) which read 259. then he looked back at the receipt and said "OH IT'S 259!" alright! then when i looked at the receipt, my bill, of course, was way beyond my estimate (forced upgrade). 496 pesos to be exact instead of my just over 300 estimate. then finally, i was not given my 4-peso change! but i did not anymore mind. i was such in a HURRY TO GET OUT OF JOLLIBEE CARMEN baka ano na namang disappoinment mararanasan ko! TAMA NA JOLLIBEE CARMEN sobra-sobra na ang quota niyo sa disappoinment na binigay niyo sa akin...
Read moreOne of the Jollibee's I didn't hate going to. As a person who loves Jollibee's so much I have visited countless locations from manila to Cagayan de oro but this location has the most accommodating staffs who use "po" and "yes po" when taking orders. The wait wasn't long it took about a minute for my order be out but I don't know if it's usually like that or I just ordered at a not so busy hour. The food portions were just a little off. Unlike before the chicken was large but now, it's not even enough for a toddler to be full and considering its price it's not so worth it, if only Krispy King had fries and burger I'd be going there instead of Jollibee's. Not discriminating the taste of Jollibee's, it's almost the same with Krispy King (I still prefer Jollibee's chicken) but it's a pricier option. If only the chicken was as large as before, I'd waste all my money on them....

Personal experiences.
2018 Waited for 30 minutes for a burger steak order because they lost my receipt and when I complained, the manger brushes off my concern with her sarcastic tone.
2021 Another disappointing experience from this store was last month with my pick-up order via food panda where my food was out for about 10 minutes but was not given to me because I requested for an OR - which the manager did not attend to directly since she is in chekka moments with I think her guests (crew not on duty staying inside the store).
Filed complains, but both were...
