McDonald's — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

I had the worst experience in this Mcdonald's branch, crews and managers weren't informing customers that their food selection weren't available. It says available on the Kiosk and you'd pay for it on the counter but crew wouldn't inform you about lack of availability. It took them 20mins to inform us of missing food and didn't even provide immediate alternative options. Crew needs to be more emphatetic esp to customers who have been waiting for so long, just to be disappointed that their food selection isn't available. This has been the 3rd time that my family has experienced this, aside from missing condiments and orders, customer service is very poor. Hope you guys train...

For the second time, my takeout order has missing items!!!!!!

Unfortunately, this is the only mcdo branch near me so this is the mcdo I frequent.

It happened two times already on my takeout orders. The first time I ordered they missed my cheeseburger, I complained to mcdo corpo yet nothing happened. They didn't compensate me for the missing food item that I paid for. And then a yesterday again, they didn't put my fries. I was already home when I checked.

Probably the worst Mc Donalds in the city. They have self ordering kiosk that you can pay credit card which is convenient. But then a few minutes a crew will approach that one of your order is out of stock. Then it's a trouble with the refund or they will ask you to replace your order which is annoying. This happened FIVE TIMES to me already.

I don't understand why they DO NOT UPDATE the Kiosk available food. Don't want to go back! I think the Manager here is not doing his or her job well. Very basic to update Kiosk what food are no...
