Our most visited coffee stop.
Since we started working from home, we've been going around the city any chance we get and trying out the cafés to unwind and get our coffee fix.
Out of dozens we've visited so far, Milestone Coffee PH stands out. They have the best staff, reasonable pricing, and a great ambiance, They make great suggestions based on our mood/preferences for coffee and food.
Sometimes I get anxiety attacks with how coffeeshops have complicated terms in their Menu and sometimes it's stressful to just order something simple, And you end up getting something you don't even like.
Milestone doesn't have that. The Menu is simple, minimal, and clean. If I say I'm in the mood for something strong, or something warm, or sweet. They always give great suggestions and descriptions to suit our needs.
One feedback I would like to give them to improve the experience is their interior acoustics. There are times when it gets pretty loud in there, and kind of ruins the whole vibe of just chilling and have a chat and just enjoy the coffee.
Like REALLY loud, there was one time the people on the 2nd floor were laughing so loud, We had to leave since we couldn't hear each other without raising our voices. When we went up to the mezzanine and saw that it was just one table up there, it sounded like it was jam packed. Even if you're on the first floor, you can hear everything the crowds on the 2nd floor are talking about. Strategically placed soft furniture and plants should easily fix this issue.
Overall, Every time we're in the area, we always make sure to stop by - when we say Milestone ta? TA!

Read moreWhat truly sets this coffee shop apart is the atmosphere curated by her, the enigmatic presence behind the scenes. Not a barista per se, but more like the orchestrator of this caffeinated symphony. Whether she's crafting a seamless operation or simply enjoying the buzz from her strategically chosen corner, her influence is palpable. The interior reflects her discerning taste, a seamless blend of modern aesthetics and a laid-back ambiance. The place feels like a home away from home, perfect for contemplative solitude or lively conversations with friends. And here's where it gets interesting, she seems to have a knack for making every cup feel like a personalized creation. A dash of charisma, a sprinkle of warmth, it's as if she infuses the entire place with her own brand of magic. So, my 5-star rating isn't just for the exceptional coffee or the inviting ambiance. It's for stumbling upon a place where the love for coffee is matched only by the mystery surrounding the mastermind who quietly orchestrates it all. Milestone is more than just a place to enjoy a cup of coffee; it's an experience that leaves you craving more. Whether you're here for the brew, the vibes, or the intriguing aura, this is a destination that will keep you...
Read moreI was here a little over a week ago. Really tasty coffee and wonderful ambiance. Was just a little dismayed that the soymilk substitute cost 70php instead of what was stated on the menu (somewhere between 30php and 40php, I forget). I brought this up with the cashier, but he insisted the the menu wasn't updated. I know that PH law would have had the menu price honored, but I didn't want to make a scene so just accepted the exorbitant charge. I visit cafes all across the city and am frequently on the lookout for those that offer non-dairy milks. It's always great when a place does, but Milestone's was by far the most expensive for soymilk. I can understand 70php being the price for premium oat milk, pistachio milk, walnut milk, cashew milk, and maybe even organic almond milk, but most vendors charge only 20-30php for soymilk. And I know that soymilk can cost only around 80php for 1 whole liter. Still, I'm sure I'll return to Milestone because I like the space; I just hope management will consider making the price a little more friendly for people who practice a plant-based lifestyle like me. There's certainly an ever-growing community of vegans in the city who would really...
