it has been more than 2 decades that this establishment was built and because of the passage of time the design and architecture has somehow lost its utility although in many respects it has also its own unique usefulness. for instance, the passageways and stairs inside the mall feel like smaller or narrower in terms of foot traffic and in comparison to other newer malls in other parts of the country. it seems that the collections of shops and eateries have become bland and unpalatable because there are no added variety or diversity to keep customers abreast with something new and something fresh. on the contrary you can still admire the ease and convenience of building design in terms of ingress and egress of people coming in and out of the establishment. although the mall is aged in some way, there is still a sense of modernity in terms of its distance from the main highway as if the structure does not almost kiss or very adjacent to the main street which is a plus. also, the roads around and the service road of the building are still wide and spacious enough to cater to the every growing volume of traffic. of course not to mention the pavements for pedestrians and PWDs which are quite useful and an added value to the overall...

A lot of people come mainly to eat, and I can see why. There are so many food choices, whether you’re craving something quick, looking for a nice restaurant to hang out with friends, or just want to chill with coffee. Overall, I’d say this is a great spot if you want to eat, hang out, or simply have a quiet afternoon away from the chaos of the city. Definitely one of those places you’ll keep coming back to when you just want something a little...
