Creativity Meets Cuisine at Carpentry and Coffee in Cainta
I recently had the chance to visit Carpentry and Coffee, a unique café concept located in Cainta. The establishment not only serves coffee but also showcases an array of woodworking and craftsmanship on display. While the ambiance was perfect for showcasing my new custom hand-stitched leather laptop bag, the culinary experience left something to be desired.
The interior of Carpentry and Coffee was a delightful fusion of modern design and artisanal craftsmanship. The woodwork and décor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for taking photos of my laptop bag. The café's aesthetic truly enhanced the beauty of the hand-stitched details on the leather, making it a great backdrop for photography enthusiasts.
Catching up with friends at the café, we decided to indulge in some coffee and food. I ordered a peppermint frappe, which unfortunately did not sit well with my stomach. While the drink's presentation was appealing, the taste and quality could have been better. My friends seemed to enjoy their coffee, but my experience was rather disappointing.
As for the food, I decided to try the Angus beef tapa, which was advertised as spicy. The dish, while flavorful, failed to deliver the promised heat, barely making a dent spice-wise. Although the beef was tender and well-cooked, the overall taste fell short of expectations. It was apparent that the food at Carpentry and Coffee could benefit from some improvement.
On a positive note, the staff at the café were friendly and attentive. They catered to our needs with a smile and ensured that our experience was pleasant, despite the shortcomings in the food and drink department.
In conclusion, Carpentry and Coffee offers an inviting and inspiring atmosphere for those looking to appreciate craftsmanship and enjoy a casual meetup with friends. However, the culinary experience could use some refinement to match the high-quality ambiance of the café. While the staff's friendliness is commendable, improvements in the food and drink offerings would make Carpentry and Coffee an even more enjoyable...

I've been to tons of Cafés but I've never a heard a 24/7 coffee shop other than the famous SB. But this one is really cool.
Yeah, their place isn't huge they don't have much fancy stuff, neither an instagrammable place. But I find it cute in such a way on how they deliver the idea of this carpentry cafe.
I find it kinda relaxing when we stopped by to try out their menu. They've got very amiable staffs and a good chunk of food to stuff our bellies lol.
We tried the tapa, and guess what.. Err hmmm.. We ordered for another plate haha. I know, I know this isn't a new thing. I get it! But I guess for me, it has the flavour of the spices that I want and the meat is super tender! To be honest, I'm such a big fan of peppermint mocha. So, it's too bad that I can only have it during Christmas season. Yet, finally the long wait for me is here! This cafe has it! Yeah man, you heard me right! And it's far way better than what I've been having for such a long time. You can really taste the coffee and mint. Unlike before, I can only taste minty water haha.
So, grab a bite and take a sip. And I'm pretty sure that you'll gonna like it as much as I do.
Thanks to the staff for giving me a chance to try their trick or treat. Too bad I wasn't able to get the prize. Anyway, my niece loved the...
Read moreI usually have coffee delivered from this place because their seasalt caramel is incredibly good. However, my curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to visit the cafe in person at 12:30 AM. Upon arrival, I noticed they also serve hot food which is great, but unfortunately, the exhaust system wasn't very efficient. I was concerned I'd leave smelling like their kitchen, which isn't ideal for me. For my drink, I tried their Belgian peppermint, opting for it hot as the barista highly recommended it as a bestseller. And of course, I couldn't resist ordering the banoffee pie â it's one of my favorites!
Ok, so the coffee, I'm not really a fan of peppermints in coffee but would always get one for my love of the Holidays...so going back, I'm not a fan of their bestseller. They can also improve on the cups being used. Great that they seal with plastic for to-go coffees but make sure to put back the cover really tight.
The banoffee pie, it's decent. I think the ones from Starbucks are better.
I like their fries with melted cheese.
The cafe has a loft, seats on the 1st level. The place looks decent.
I suppose the best things about Carpentry is they are open 24x7 and their seasalt...
