KFC — Restaurant in Cainta

I just want to share my Frustration dining at KFC Felix Ave(The Garden), Cainta, Philippines.

I hope you have CCTV, so atleast the timeline would make sense. Dine around 10:30pm, Manila time. Sunday, 10/29,2023.

I was in the middle of ordering. Someone already eating approached the cashier and asked for assistance. With out even excusing herself, the cashier, WHILE I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF ORDERING, turned her back and gave the other person what she needed. Approached the counter since we weren't given any napkins. Your manager, Joshua, didn't even acknowledge my request, and went on to continue what he is doing. Still gave me the napkin with out uttering a single word though. 4 pieces from the 8 pcs Bucket I ordered was left. Asked for assistance for a take out(Hope you really have a CCTV). Again, Joshua, your "Manager", didn't even say a single word, nor did he give any assistance. Just placed the plastic bag and cover in front of us. Excellent customer service don't you think? I was asking for gravy, finally heard Manager Joshua's voice, he said, it'll cost me an additional P35. It's only unlimited if we dine in. I have an extra gravy with me, asked them for a take out. Took your staff some time to pack the gravy. Told them to refill the cup(unlimited for dine in right?), lady filled it. I asked her to pack it also.

I have 4 pieces chicken left. Wouldn't it be the same thing had I ate those 4 inside your establishment?

Took the lady more time, which required me to voice out how long it's taking them. (By the way, I need to excuse myself from the customer ordering. Informing them I was there first, which your customer understood, sadly, your staff didn't). Your Manager on duty, Joshua, came out and said that i am being rideculous(Nakakaloko), I beat your system, and now your manager is giving me attitude. Well, not surprised cause your customer service sucks from the get go. He gave me a cup, and said "You transfer it yourself". Again, great customer service!

Very makalat. It looks really unsanitary and unkept. The "looks" of the place is actually okay, so r the tables and chairs and so. Pero grabe, walang naglilinis; no one in the staff bother to clean up the place. Spilled drinks, spoons and forks on the floors, and probably a thousand of dirty plates on the tables.

To be fair, nakakaawa whoever franchised this or what. It's as if walang pakialam ung staff—lahat sila—sa state of the store or the business. Really realllyyyyyy...

My drive-thru order: Zinger meal with upgrade fries, coleslaw & macaroni. For the record, Zinger is a favorite but, this Zinger sandwich I ate from KFC Cainta was the worst Zinger sandwich I have ever eaten in my whole life! The chicken was cold, hard to bite, chicken skin was tough ( I had to spit it out) and they used ordinary, regular mayo. After checking the KFC bag, they didn't give napkins and disposable utensils. Soooo...
