A few weeks ago, we went to the hotel to book a room. But then, we saw that the prices on klook were cheaper compared to their inhouse price. So we booked through klook and the app immediately confirmed the booking. They told us to wait for them to confirm the booking on their end. We waited for 30 mins but thereâs no action. Their team were telling us that âkakabook niyo palang kasi maâamâ but then klook confirmed it and according to klookâs terms, it should already be confirmed by the hotel property as well. When we insisted on getting a room instead of waiting for nothing at the lobby, at this time for almost an hour, (because sayang naman na masshorten yung stay namin because of this inconvenience), they gave us a room. They told us theyâll give free drinks because of the inconvenience they caused, but to no avail. Take note, they just gave us a room with no other instructions on deposits or other terms of their stay. Upon check out, we stained the bedding and immediately asked us for additional 500 pesos for it. Dont get me wrong, I know hotels have policies but they shouldve brought that to our attention upon checking us in. Or at least told us the fee beforehand.    Read moreUnfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing due to several unresolved issues.
When we first checked in, the air-conditioning in the room was too cold and could not be adjusted. We were moved to a smaller room, but the aircon there was very loud and uncomfortable. We expected to be transferred to a room similar in quality to the first one, but that didnât happen.
Eventually, we were moved to another room (upon request), but this time the TV wasnât working. We called the front desk and ICT multiple times to follow up, but no one gave us a clear updateâthey kept saying they were âwaiting for a response.â The issue remained unresolved during our entire stay.
We also requested a refund or compensation due to the inconvenience, but we received no proper response regarding that either. To make things worse, when we asked for hot water, they charged us â±30, which was very surprising considering itâs a basic request usually provided as a courtesy in most hotels.
Overall, the service was inconsistent, and the lack of communication and accountability made the experience frustrating. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service and respond better to guest concerns...

They have netflix here but it wouldn't work and we had to use our accounts. The service is bad because they said there was 2 free meals for breakfast, my lola decided to buy 2 for me and my sibling, the free ones were for themselves. The total costs was 1040. We couldn't understand what they were saying. The breakfast meal was 280 each, the other 2 are free. In our room there's no windows and the service was really bad. I started to have rashes, I think there was bed bugs there. I don't really like the design of the room to be honest, in the bathrooms the shower was beside the bathtub, I could slip if someone used the shower before me and if I wanna go to the bathroom.
