hey greenwich sm east branch! so disappointed with your substandard gravy! i was craving much of your chicken and i know your gravy can add much of my appetite thats why I add up to buy extra rice ... and when im tasting the gravy it more on watery taste, its not thick though you're ssrving on a last minute time better to say you run out of gravy than to add much water on it to accommodate the serving yet u compromise the quality of your item, so i waste extra charge on my gravy just to sip a watery gravy taste, i know because im your regular cuatomer ,,,please dont do it again so...

I started ordering at 7:10 PM And people who ordered after us got their food while us don't and it's been 1 hour and they were lying about the time like they said it's 5 mins when it's over 5 mins and when my dad refunded our food was served. I ordered 3:12pm at SMEO branch and received my order at 3:52pm. The service is terrible and the pizza doesn't have enough cheese and toppings. The manager doesn't have the audacity to apologized for the bad service. I won't be coming back and will definitely tell my family, friends and colleagues about this awful experience.
