food's always great (imo), BUT the service crew assigned to take orders and man the cash registers need to listen more attentively to customers. cases in point: several weeks ago, a female cashier took my counter order. i specified 1 Plant-Based Whopper meal for dine-in and 2 Plant-Based Extra Long Chicken ala carte to go. my dine-in order arrived first, everything was correct. soon after, my takeout orders arrived contained in a brown paper bag. since i was busy eating, i didn't bother to check what's in the bag until i finished my meal. when i finally peeked inside, it turned out that it contained 2 Plant-Based Whoppers🤦 i didn't raise a stink, but i did motion to the cashier to come over. i guess something got lost in my hand gesture as a different cashier -- who looked more tenured -- approached me with a bunch of table napkins. i thanked her for the extra wipes (though i didn't need it), and told her that my takeout was wrong. i added that there was no need to re-do my takeout, but i asked her to tell the "other" cashier to be more careful when taking down orders. she apologized on behalf of the "other" cashier. i hoped that my message was relayed. but maybe that was wishful thinking on my part as a week later, same female cashier attended to me at the counter, and she struck (out) again. i ordered a Plant-Based Extra Long Chicken meal for dine-in. this time, she even asked if i want the junior or the regular. i said i want the big one plus upsize both drink and fries. she acknowledged my specs. after paying, i sat in one of the long tables, and waited for my order. what arrived: a Plant-Based Whopper meal. this kinda begs the question: does the cashier have a "grudge" against Plant-Based Extra Long...
Read moreWe all know that during pandemic, there are limited staffing. We decided to order in-store instead of drive-thru due to long queue. Inside the store, we were told to be seated as we enter. However, noticed that the people that were seated are waiting for their order. And one of them advised us to place our order. As we are ok to wait, we attempted to place an order (which is for Mocha BK Joe). But the same person (security guard) who advised us to be seated, told us that they can't take orders as they have lots of pending.
