Disappointing Experience at MCDO Biglang Awa Location

I recently visited MCDO Biglang Awa Location and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the food was average, and the service was downright disappointing.

Let's start with the food. I found it to be satisfactory, earning it a 4-star rating. The taste was decent, but it didn't have that special wow factor. The menu options were typical fast food fare, nothing exceptional or unique. While the food was acceptable, it didn't exceed my expectations.

Moving on to the atmosphere, it was one of the few redeeming factors of my visit. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, with clean and comfortable seating. The four-star rating for the atmosphere reflects the efforts made by the establishment to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Unfortunately, the service was where MCDO Biglang Awa Location fell short, earning it a 2-star rating. The counter staff seemed lazy and disinterested in assisting customers. Instead of providing personal attention, they directed customers to use the tablet for ordering. This was frustrating as it defeats the purpose of having counters in the first place. It felt like they were shirking their responsibilities.

Furthermore, to add to the frustration, they even forgot to include rice in our order. How can you forget such a basic component of a meal?

Overall, my experience at MCDO Biglang Awa Location left me dissatisfied. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the lackluster service and average food quality overshadowed any positive aspects. Horrible Service! 30mins waiting in the drive thru before getting my order, only to find out that my order was lacking. Egg Mcmuffin without the ham.

It wasn't pleasant as well to see at the pick up window that the staff are crowded in the area, panicking and seems like they don't know what they are doing. As a matter of fact you can see staff running around, moving but makes you wonder why there's no progress being made to fulfill the customer's orders.

Manager wasn't helpful as well. You could just see her with her angry face. Scowling at her staff and reprimanding them but she isn't doing anything herself to fix...

It's nice to have a big McDonald's nearby. And I'm glad they have a drive-thru. But the service is slower than turtle pace. The 1st time we had break breakfast there about days ago, it took about half an hour for us to have our breakfast.
