My recent dining experience at LASA BBQ in Ayala Cloverleaf Mall exceeded all expectations.
The Sisig Lechon was a standout, perfectly balancing the rich flavors of sisig with the crispy goodness of lechon.
The Lechon Belly was a delight, with the crispiness of the skin giving way to succulent, tender meat. The flavors were bold and satisfying, a testament to the quality of ingredients and expert preparation.
The Kare kare was a luscious, creamy peanut sauce that complemented the tender oxtripe and vegetables impeccably.
To round off the meal, the fried Lumpiang Sariwa was a refreshing palate cleanser.
The service was exceptional, with the staff demonstrating a passion for the cuisine they served. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, providing insightful recommendations that enhanced our dining experience.
The ambiance was cozy yet vibrant, contributing to a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The cleanliness added an extra layer of comfort.
In conclusion, LASA BBQ at Ayala Cloverleaf Mall is a gem for food enthusiasts seeking an authentic and delightful Filipino dining experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of their...
Read moreThis Christmas it was not yet full so we chose here for dinner. Staff are ample, but not so attentive. Wanted to ask for additional chair, serving spoon, water and tissue but no one's looking, took a long time.
There is also no condiments in our table.
Our group of 6 was not able to finish our food, nakakabusog na, so we had it take out.
Food seems expensive with small serving size but it was delicious! My fave is the pancit and the tofu sisig.
Thank goodness they have tomato eggplant barbeque so they're vegetarian friendly. It would have tasted better if marinated longer so it would have the thoroughly smokey flavor of the meat bbq.
Ngohiong lumpia has no meat as well so it's a plus.
Pancit was spread so thinly across the plate.
Cucumber drink too sour, kaya pala it has pineapple lol. But iced tea bland; almost tasteless.
Has its own toilet (clean, no odor)/ handwash area.
Lacking of menu pages, I thought they only had bbq (missing page of the...
Read moreWe had a pleasant experience at LASA BBQ. The ambiance was great — I especially liked the cozy interior design and the soft lighting, which made the place feel relaxed. The food was served just in time, with a heads-up that it would take around 15 mins to prepare.
We ordered their rice bowls, and they didn’t disappoint. The chicken inasal rice bowl was delicious, and my partner enjoyed it. I had the lechon sisig, which was a bit salty on its own but balanced well when paired with the garlic rice and veggies.
We also shared a serving of their baked scallops. Though it’s a solo portion, it was just right for the two of us. The mango juice was another highlight — complemented the savory dishes well.
Overall, LASA BBQ is a great spot with good food and a warm, inviting vibe. Would definitely...
