Located within Ayala Malls Cloverleaf, there is parking. The food selection is OK and they do refill at a decent pace. There’s just the nachos corner where there never seems to be something in it and when I tried asking the person behind counter about cheese quesadilla, he told me he’s still cooking it and that’s that. I asked if he could make one for me and I will come back for it but he pretended to not hear me. I wasn’t in the mood to be snappish so I just let it be. They’ve got a lot sweets and the cake station is awesome. My youngest child also liked the candy station and we loved the Wheat Grass juice. I like that that have iced coffee as well. Also, the spacing inside can be crowded like tables are too close to each other and space to walk is very narrow. I guess it’s good to go there at less busier times of the day but dinner - it gets crowded. They do have their own bathrooms and it’s says they sanitize every 30 minutes. I’m not so sure about that because when I went there, the trash bins are overflowing with tissue. I suppose throwing out the trash is different from sanitizing but what is the point when trash bins are overflowing with tissue? I like their staff though, I’m the sense that the bus boys are great in collecting emptied plates and glasses to free space on your table. They are also helpful in as far as showing you where to find utensils, where the beverage station is, etc. Tip: download eatigo. When the stars align and you just happen to want to try out a restaurant and they’re on eatigo - you can get an awesome discount!

Decided to celebrate my birthday here since we’ve never been to a luxury buffet before plus they have a birthday promo. Booked a reversion via text message for dinner. When we came in there wasn’t too many people. Only section with a queue was the steak so that’s what I went for first. The steak was not served on sizzling plate as we’ve seen on videos online, instead sa plate na lang sya ilalagay. I got the baka steak and to be honest it was not worth raving about. It wasn’t that tender plus it tasted bland even with the sauce, I think kulang sya sa salt. After 1 serving hindi na ako kumaha ulit. I enjoyed their pizza and pesto pasta which was good. Sa Italian section I think they only serve one kind of pizza at a time kasi nung bumalik ako ibang pizza na yung sinerve nila tho they will replenish the pasta. I got the lechon kawali tho it was mostly fat with little meat on it but it was hot and crispy. Cocktail is good. I really enjoyed their coffee here. It was good. Much better than SB. My mother got their salmon sashimi and said they were not of good quality so I guess try it on your own. Masarap din yung puto bumbong. Place is quite small and food choices are not overwhelming. I suggest you sit near the food section para less walking. What we didn’t like is the ambiance, found it a little too dark. Overall maraming masarap na food, especially mga lutong ulam. Kung dito ka magce-celebrate ng birthday sulit na. Unlimited food at wala pang huhugasan 😁

The Alley by Vikings in Cloverleaf offers a unique dining experience, but I don't think it's quite worth the price. The restaurant has an interesting theme where you eat between "alleys" of different cuisines like Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, and American. However, because of the layout, it's often very crowded, and there are always queues just to get the dishes you want. The atmosphere can feel a bit chaotic, with people eager to grab food, making it difficult to enjoy your meal in peace. The food selection caters mostly to the Filipino palate, and while you'll likely find something you enjoy, most of the offerings are fairly standard for a buffet. There wasn't anything particularly exceptional that would make me want to return again and again; it felt more like I was eating just to justify the price we paid. We arrived an hour before the buffet started at 5:30 PM and managed to get a queue number for walk-ins. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance if you want a more comfortable seating arrangement and a better chance at grabbing freshly prepared food. They allow you to dine until 10 PM, which is nice if you don't like feeling rushed. They also accept credit cards, which is convenient. In summary, while The Alley by Vikings has its unique charm, I don't think it justifies the cost. It might be worth a try if you're curious, but I wouldn't consider it a must-visit.

We often visit The Alley at UP Town Center, but but sister who is having a birthday insisted that we go to Cloverleaf branch.

They said that they will accept guess by 5:30, but due to technical error because of the Bluetooth speaker that they only checked around 5:30 also, guess was assisted around 5:45..

The ambiance is good, same with UP Town Center, but the sound system is too loud that we are having a hard time talking with each other. (Do we have to only eat here and not have conversations..?) They have a live band, but other than the speaker being too loud, is not also in good quality.

When I go to Vikings or The Alley at UP Town, most of the food that I select are salmon sashimi, beef, coffee and desert (cheese cake if they serve one).

When I go to salmon stall, the chef is only giving small portion, around 4-5 cuts, so I requested for another serving. The chef seem unhappy for the request I made but still gave me another portion. The chef seem to be annoyed everytime I asked for salmon, because after I finished eating the salmon he gave, I will immediately return to him 😁. It's a buffet restaurant right? Am I not allowed to eat as much as I want? They are always running out of salmon, which I did not experienced at Vikings SM North and at UP Town Center. They say that they are still thawing it. (Really? You are just thawing the salmon now and not earlier?) At 8pm, it seem that they seem not to have a salmon ready, but luckily they restocked at 9. I really felt that the staff at salmon area does not want my presence to be near thier stall. (Maybe because most of the food I ate is salmon 😁)

At the steak stall, they are not serving it on a sizzling plate, you have to request it, but there's a burned taste due to the sizzling plate that they will give you are the once they used to cook the previous steaks. At UP Town Center, the sizzling plate are always ready.

Oysters are only limited. We did not get the chance to get one.

They are out of stock on full cream milk for coffee.

The guy at the Nacho's stall was kind by the way, he granted my request for a bell pepper.

To sum up, it was not a good experience for us. I told my Sister that we should go to The Alley UP Town Center next time and never go back here. (Unless somebody will treat us on cloverleaf, but we will...
