Worst KFC branch ever,1. poor listening skills of the staff, 2.we almost left the branch missing 3 ordered items,because the staff didn't properly do their job assembling the orders,3. it took 40 minutes for our take-out to be catered,mind u there were only 7 customers inside the store, 4. and lastly, this is by far the most disgusting thing I exprienced in a fast food chain, we only find this out when we got home, we ordered 3 coke drinks for our meal, when we opened the cups, this is what had been served...and no it is not iced tea, in fact i tasted it myself, I can't figure it out, or pin point whether was it was , yes, IT, but it is sure bitter and sour at the same time, like a food that had spoiled really bad or water that had been left for too long,this branch should be shut down, because this is unacceptable, or maybe KFC carmona is now serving dishwashed water...

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I recently experienced at one of your branches (Carmona Cavite Branch). During my visit, I was informed that my order would take approximately 20 minutes to prepare. However, I ended up waiting for almost an hour — and all I ordered was Flavor Shots for my son. Imagine? My son was very hungry that time and then they serve our order almost 1 hour!
It is very frustrating to wait that long for such a simple item, especially when we were not given any clear updates or apologies during the delay. The staff seemed disorganized, and the overall service was far below the standards I expect from a well-known brand like KFC.

what happened was, me and my wife went to drive thru. we paid 1k php, got the change and drove out. please take note that we are not paying attention to the amount of change we received as we are discussing something. A couple of km away, my wife noticed that we only received 95php change instead of 495php. So we hurriedly went back to the store to confront the discrepancy. At the end we got the correct change but at the same time we feel traumatized as we felt we've been robbed.
We trusted them to give us the correct change despite our current situation upon receiving the product and our change. But instead, they take that opportunity against us.
we only hope that this was unintentional and not deliberately taking advantage of such...
