The best Pater I've ever tasted here in Cebu City no doubt.
Pater ni Tisa offers good Pater which can definitely make the Muslim Filipino culture proud. It's just that good, the creamy beef taste amazing, very delicious pater. The price of one pater would be around 70 - 80 pesos. Pater ni Tisa is also conveniently located at the side of the road of Tisa, Cebu City.
Also, the place's atmosphere is decent, I guess. It is spacious enough for me, but in terms of the fans, it's not sufficient to keep you from sweating while you eat here. There were only four Pater choices, if I recall correctly, but for me, it is enough. I was able to taste and appreciate the culture of Pater.
