We reserved the 7k room package good for 12pax, in which 5k is consumable. Upon arrival around 6pm, we were informed that the food was ready (we also informed them beforehand that the food should be served at 6:30). Then we noticed that the food hadn't arrived yet and it's almost 7pm. We still had to inform and ask again for our food to be served. Good thing, they have a ringer to call the servers below. The food arrived and we saw it was not worth it. It's expensive and small serving. The crispy pata is not so fresh and tasted almost stale. It costs 650 and its small for its price. They didn't discuss as well their hidden fees. Apparently they have a "Service charge" of 10% (pretty high right? Mind you there's a famous big resort in Cebu with the same SC). They also charge high for a parking space. We parked from 6pm-12mn and they asked for 100 fee. (Maikog mos sa mga mall dri sa Cebu) And it was just a small space beside the establishment. It's not really owned by them but they put a sign that it's their parking. So naturally, you would think it's free. For payment, they only have Gcash and cash. But when it's the time to pay, we were stunned when they told us half should be Gcash and half should be cash. How confusing right? They don't really explain thoroughly to the customer the reason as to why they have this kind of policy. In the end, they obliged to let us pay the full bill thru Gcash. They also don't issue an invoice. With all of this fees, I think it's our right as consumers to be given a receipt. Even if we don't ask for it. I won't recommend this place at all.

Good for working class individuals. Prices are cheap and affordable. Private rooms are for rent for the evening, which include a full videoke set-up and also many instruments. The price of the rooms includes a 2,000 peso consumable towards food and drinks. I’m western terms, this would be considered a “Dive”, or “hole in the wall” establishment due to it being so small and compact and butts up alongside the edge of a busy downtown street. On the plus side, it does come with a server/waitress that will attend to all your needs in a promptly manner. Alcohol choices are very limited as the owner/manager operates it in a cheap manner. There is usually about 2-3 hours of live acoustic music on the 2nd floor balcony most nights which can be nice if just going for some beers or a hangout with friends.

We paid 9k for a private room. 9k. We paid deposit and pre ordered food. One of us is vegetarian so we chose food fitting for her only to be informed such items were not available ON THE DAY which defeated the very purpose of pre ordering. the Good ok but serving too small and expensive. Very limited parking. Servers could do better. Paid so much for 4 hours but service overall and food not satisfactory. Will not go back neither recommend. If you wanna be pissed and spend, this is the place to be.

The deal breaker is the attendant that stays outside the door all the time. They do not let you use the remote, everytime you need a song, you need to call her. Her job is to hold the remote and input numbers for you. They are afraid that the remote will be broken. Sometimes she stands with the door half open and leans on the door and stares at you impatiently. Funny thing, they do not give you the password. You hand in your gadget and they input the password for you. Haha

Anyways, it's just a minor thing. If you are not bothered with that, then the place and food is totally...
