Met my expectations, *however, my expectations for anything in the Philippines is less than zero. As per usual, this place missed the mark by far with incomplete construction and low quality across the board. And just like every other place in the Philippines it's overpriced for what you get and separate fees for everything, rather than just bundle the price into one convenient package, you're constantly having to pay multiple clerks for things that should just be a bundled price at the entrance. I don't mind the fees as much because they're usually low costs, I'm just tired of constantly reaching in my pocket when they could just roll the price of things into one fee. P30 motorcycle parking P100 per person entrance *Additional P50 per person to walk up to the 360 platform, now P50 isn't alot, but it's off putting to charge an entrance fee and then charge an additional fee to walk up two stories to essentially get the same view that you get on the ground level. Also the 2nd level has restaurants, but you can't access the 360 level (top floor) from the 2nd floor because there's a temporary blockade preventing you to just exit the staircase onto the 2nd floor, instead you have to go back to the ground level and use a separate staircase, and the same applies if you're on the top floor that you can't go directly to the 2nd floor because you must go back to the ground floor and use a separate staircase, it's just an unnecessary inconvenience. So they built these ridiculously narrow staircases (30" wide with plywood walls) to access the 2nd floor, and this makes it impossible for people to safely/comfortably go up/down these narrow staircases simultaneously. The 360 deck has uneven transitions in multiple places cause a "trip-step," so...

Read moreI called in advance to book a reservation but then they said they were fully booked last night and they were only accepting walk ins. I asked what time they were closing and they said 11PM and the last call for orders was 9:30. We arrived late, 9:13 to be exact, because one of our companions was working a 12-hr shift at a hospital and got off at 7PM. The hostess even hesitated to let us dine. We were not even greeted. She just told me to hold on for a sec as she asked one of their people if we could still dine in, and the other person said okay but inform them this would be our last call. We were seated IN A HURRY but she didn’t give as the menu immediately. We had to call her attention to remind her to bring the menu to us because of course, we understand that it was already late. So we ordered immediately to avoid any hassle on their part as well. I understand that it was already late but their store sign says they’re closing at 11PM, even the staff who answered my call said so. 9:30 was only last call for ORDERS. We didn’t expect they’d be cleaning up at 9:30 and turning lights off at the same time. Everything was hurried, even if we still had at least an hour left to enjoy our food and the place. It was very disrespectful. Food was great but customer service was very poor. I brought my friends there who were just visiting the city because as a local, I thought it was good place to let them see and experience. I felt sorry for them they didn’t even get to...
