Ate here twice and both times went with the server’s recommendations—had the veggie bolognese and mung bean soup. All dishes are made fresh, and they use plenty of vegetables, which is a refreshing change in the Philippines. I also appreciated the option to add extra protein (paid 50 PHP for extra tofu), which was great considering how difficult it’s been to find protein-rich vegetarian dishes elsewhere.
The staff is very friendly, and overall, I had a great experience. Though there are several vegetarian/vegan options in town, this one just delivered what I was looking for day after day (which was mostly a lot of veggies, it lives up to its name). I think I came here every night and tried several different things off the menu, but the cashew nut tofu stir fry with an egg was my favorite and my go-to.
It’s located inside the food court, Mercado. It’s a small stand in the back and the staff are super nice! I recommend going outside of peak hours, wait was long at 7-7:30pm but almost none at all from 6-6:30pm.
