DO NOT COME HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SEVERELY LACKING (which is unfortunate in a strip where everyone else is working so hard).

GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

We came here on Thursday, July 24 around 6:30 pm for dinner because there were good reviews on Google but we were let down at every point of our meal. The most disappointing being the service when they charge a 7.5% service fee.

Coming in, we sat ourselves and had to get out of our seats to order since the waitresses were all huddled by the bar, on the phones talking to each other. At no point, did they ever circulate to clear our table, check in on our meal or even come back when we wanted to order more food. Getting up to wave them down was one thing but then being charged an undisclosed service fee after receiving basically no service (only service provided was ordering and a kiosk could’ve done that too) was insulting. To top it off, when we confronted the waitress about the service fee telling her that they should be transparent about sharing it prior to the bill, she only said “it’s listed in the menu”. No apology at all.

We’ve encountered this sort of service in Moalboal before but it didn’t annoy us since there was no service charge.

The food is mediocre at best. We ordered the BBQ ribs which were not tender and had barely any meat (all bones), the OG burger (chicken is crispy but the only flavour is the cheese) and the BBQ bacon burger which was probably the only thing that was alright. Food offered would not be enough for me to come back.

Walking to the restaurant, we passed numerous establishments with workers doing the most; welcoming patrons in, standing at the front of their stores, doing karaoke, holding menus and I feel ashamed coming to a place and paying someone for service so bare minimum.

I would think twice before...

I definitely recommend this place. Let's start with the most important fact. You get your money's worth 100%. It is affordable compared to other places and the food is excellent! Worth every penny! A great variety of big fat and filling burgers as well as nice big portions of side dishes and main courses. They have a blondie cake with strawberry ice cream in their list of desserts!! I mean, that alone takes the game! I tried the BBQ Burger, the Buffalo Chicken Burger, the fries and the onion rings. I'm not normally a big BBQ sauce fan but this was a perfectly balanced sauce, not too sweet and not overpowering on the rest of the ingredients. The patty was large, medium cooked and juicy. The chicken burger was really big, really tender and spicy enough for all tastes. It looked like it had 2 pieces of chicken breast honestly. Also an excellent choice. We came here because of the good reviews of the restaurant and we can't understand it unless they have bought them. We ordered the "famous chicken burger", when it arrived, we were surprised that it did not have onion rings as advertised on the menu which is the grace and what differentiates this burger from the rest, so we told the waitress who in bad manners told us "ah no, there are no more", did not offer us any alternative and we saw that they wanted to charge us the menu price with onion rings, of course we did not agree with it and after a nasty discussion the only thing they offered us was a "discount" of 20 pesos... Not only this unpleasant fact but also the hamburger (maybe because it didn't have the differential ingredient) seemed to us very salty and the meat was bad. Maybe it was just a bad day but we wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances. In our days in Moalboal we ate much better and at a better price in many...
