Jollibee — Restaurant in Cebu

A fast food restaurant that is just a very short walking distance, about 50 meters, from the house where I live . . . . . . I drop by here for a meal or snacks at an average of two or three times a week . . . . . . this restaurant was built at the corner of the town plaza which is considered as a public place . . . . . . for travellers and tourists who would visit this famous town (Sugat Capital of the South) this store serves as reference point that you had arrived at Minglanilla, Cebu.

• 05.19.2019. Had lunch (17:00) here upon arriving in Minglanilla, Cebu from Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. Attended the 13th Knights of Columbus Visayas Convention held at Bacolod City from May 17-19, 2019.

• 07.02.2019. Had an unplanned dinner here due to hypoglycemia having just arrived here at my hometown from the city. These two store personnel came to the rescue (see picture).

• 08.09.2019. Had breakfast here today about a month after I had dinner here and made friends with the store manager (please read 07.02.2019 entry).

• 10.06.2019. Had snacks here with fellow Science teacher and brother Knight of Columbus after our Carmen Copper Corp. plant tour and tree planting at Toledo City, Cebu.

• 11.23.2019. Had dinner here with some of my relatives. Also had a photo opportunity with the store manager who helped me last July when I had hypoglycemia.

• 12.30.2019. Had breakfast here with my aunt from Iceland, together with her husband, ate Epen...

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at Jollibee Minglanilla. I ordered six sets of Chicken and Burger, and even though the order was placed at 9:00 AM, it arrived very late — around 10:30 AM. To make it worse, only the gravy and mashed potatoes were delivered. The actual meals were missing. When I informed the rider about the missing items, he told me that it’s the customer’s responsibility to go to the store to get what’s missing. I find that unacceptable, especially since it was their mistake.

I tried calling Jollibee Minglanilla several times to fix the issue, but my calls were either ignored or canceled. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with them — it has happened multiple times already. It’s really disappointing, and I hope they improve...

The worst experienced They don't know we always ordered online and last time we got vouchers on gcash again so we wanted to claim it 2 burgers and 1 cheese dog imagine we need to wait for another 40 mins just for the said orders, plus we already waited like 10mins line it's horrible service the TAKE OUT counter

Their service compared to the cx with more orders are different which is very wrong and unprofessional

Just going to have a good service with that cx because they have lots of orders? And poor horrible service to the cx with fewer orders?

The last time we bought there 5 orders of c3 and 1bucket only takes less than 15 mins vs 3...
