If there were an award for The Fastest Way to Lose Customers, this branch would win hands down. Service water? Forget it. Apparently, lifting a pitcher is Olympic-level effort here. You have a crew wandering around like headless chickens, too “busy” to notice tables that have been waiting long enough to grow roots. Rice? Only if you summon the gods.
The chicken? A sad, overcooked corpse that is somehow both dry and flavorless. Whoever “seasoned” it must think salt is a luxury item. And do not get me started on the management. Do they even exist, or is this branch run on autopilot?
Here is a tip for the owner: Put on a cap, disguise yourself, and actually eat here. Watch your staff ignore customers, mix up orders, and treat “speed” like it is a foreign concept. You will be begging to fire half the crew before dessert.
