It was lunchtime and ordered the meal package and the halo-halo. The food was ok. But the service was not ok. Had to call the servers a couple of times to ask for water, napkin, extra rice, drinks and one more dish included in the set.
Ordered additional 2 fresh lumpia. When the order arrived, the server informed us that there was no vegetable in it because they ran out of vegetables. The veggies, especially lettuce, was a key ingredient in fresh lumpia. The server should have told us that there are no available veggies for fresh lumpia. We complained because we already paid for it. The server told us that we can return it. We opted not to return it, even when we were disappointed, because my mom asked us bring home fresh lumpia for her. We didnāt have time to go to another store to buy.
On our way out, the servers and other staff congregating at the cashier were laughing. As to whatever they were laughing about, their timing to laugh out loud as we were leaving was the rudest experience in that restaurant.
To the owner, please take note of this. I do not recommend this...
