Jollibee Nepo Mall — Restaurant in Dagupan

Yesterday, February 24, 2024, I went alone to go shopping in Nepo mall. I ate lunch in Jollibee then went shopping again. At the end of the shopping stroll, I decided to go home. I decided to buy a 6 pieces of spicy chicken bucket and a spaghetti pan as a takeout for my family. I didn't notice that the change given to me was lacking 50 pesos and I just tucked it in my wallet since I was so tired. When I got home, I just then realized that I was lacking 50 pesos and the worse part is that 1 of the chickens in the bucket has a very few meat, with almost no meat at all (like a rejected part) and 1 has a part ripped off like a part being pinched to taste (not just the skin part. I could really see the chicken strands). So I guess I won't buy takeout there anymore if I have a choice, if none then I would ask to see the chickens...

They served me badly. The crew doesn't even respond to the orders I say, even saying "Okay, noted". Then after my order was placed, my order was placed incorrectly and I was not reimbursed. I heard it was 250 but it was 215 when I received my order. And I don't want to come back because the crew was rude to me. And while I was eating the chicken, it wasn't cooked yet so I didn't finish it either. The crew said while I was ordering it was "Malas". It happened around eight o'clock pm. Maybe they are not in the mood because jollibee closes at 7:30 but when we entered, no one stopped us, and we didn't know. But I hope they work overtime so they don't do that to...

I would advise not eating here if there is a children's party going on, I guess they cooked so much food they didn't check if the chicken was cooked all the way and I had bad food poisoning, and before that I saw a plate being brought back to the kitchen unfinished while waiting in line and it was a chicken dish same as mine. I used to work in restaurants I know why plates get brought back to the kitchen. This was the worst stomach pain I've felt in a long time, I didn't want to make this review but the pain was so bad. This happened between 3pm-4pm. I hadn't eaten anything beforehand so what else could it have been but...
