Jollibee Perez — Restaurant in Dagupan

I had to repeat my order several times but still the cashier got it wrong. She had to call her supervisor for an override.

The supervisor took charge and he was condescending. He looked annoyed.

It's an unusually HOT day. Jollibee ran out of ice cream and my upsized Coke order came regular small. Of course, I want my Coke upsized. It's HOT.

Moreover, I'm a regular customer in this branch. I always upsize my soda. Where did the efficient and smart crews got assigned?

Bring back the old crew. They're smart, attentive, and efficient. The new ones...

5/27/25 around 10pm, the cashier Bernadette was taking my order and punched it wrong (we even double checked what was written on the paper). Also, she mentioned the card terminal doesn’t work so I paid via cash (then later on I saw the card terminal on the other POS is working fine). Also, there’s a missing gravy on one of my orders. Jollibee is great, the staff tho, though they ain't as positive as how the Jollibee should be. They ain't hospitable, especially the managerial staff, they're too hostile. It's like they're not working in FAMILY-FRIENDLY FAST FOOD CHAIN. They even lessened my fries when I asked for a follow-up twice coz they told me to wait 10mins but it became 20mins. I like the food, as usual, THE SERVICE...
