I had to repeat my order several times but still the cashier got it wrong. She had to call her supervisor for an override.
The supervisor took charge and he was condescending. He looked annoyed.
It's an unusually HOT day. Jollibee ran out of ice cream and my upsized Coke order came regular small. Of course, I want my Coke upsized. It's HOT.
Moreover, I'm a regular customer in this branch. I always upsize my soda. Where did the efficient and smart crews got assigned?

Jollibee is great, the staff tho, though they ain't as positive as how the Jollibee should be. They ain't hospitable, especially the managerial staff, they're too hostile.
