Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Lack of Communication at Chowking Perez
Dear Chowking Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent experience at your branch tonight April 20, 2025 at exactly 11pm.
While my friends and I were dining, we were surprised when the staff suddenly turned on loud music at a very high volume, making it almost impossible to continue our conversation without shouting. Shortly after, the lights were turned off while we were still inside. We were not informed in advance that the restaurant was nearing closing time, nor were we given any reminder or polite notice that the environment would be changing. This made us feel rushed and uncomfortable during our meal.
It is disappointing that such actions were taken without any communication or courtesy towards the customers still present. A simple reminder about the approaching closing time would have been appreciated, as well as maintaining a comfortable atmosphere until we were ready to leave.
