Fantastic ambience and very good food, but an inattentive waitstaff put a damper on our experience: water served well after food had arrived and servers congregating in corners so that we had to resort to clapping our hands to get their attention — yet they seemed annoyed to be called! One other small criticism: the cafe latte is served piping hot in a small glass tumbler. While I understand this may be the way it is traditionally served in Italy, your establishment is a Filipino restaurant in Pangasinan and you must understand local clientele will not be accustomed to holding a hot glass in this manner; a choice between tumbler or cup ought to be offered beforehand. Venue is good other than that, I can’t think of anything good in this restaurant. The service is soooo slow 👎 they were able to serve the food on time however, when I asked for Parmesan cheese and it almost took forever. I had to go to the counter and asked for it. Why did I ask for Parmesan cheese? Went to this place last week with the kids. They ordered the burger meal and had to wait more than one hour for it... The kids were starving! The response of the incompetent staff "it will take only 5 more minutes" but it took more than 30 more minutes and further follow ups. The response of the manager "we are not mcdonalds our burgers are special" well according to my kids they were indeed special... Special yucky! The food tasted disgusting and was not worth it....
