I ordered a beef balls dimsum, seafood pancit bihon and a mango shake for an early dinner at around 5:30 p.m. Out of 9 tables, 5 were already occupied including mine.
The beef balls dimsum was served immediately. It was super tender. However, I couldn't taste the beef. It had a gelatinous texture mostly from flour. Nothing exceptional but not mediocre either.
The chili-garlic oil dip though was superb. It wasn't cough-inducing spicy but was garlicky delicious with a tinge of biting hotness.
The seafood pancit bihon came next. It was voluminous and generously garnished with fresh shrimps; fresh, succulent squid morsels; fresh lapu-lapu slices; crunchy fresh veggies; and sliced squid balls. It was fairly delicious; not exceptionally delicious.
Finally, the mango shake was served. Mangoes were super fresh and of the best quality. A true standout.
After I finished my dinner, the restaurant was full with several guests still coming in.
