We came very far, it took about 2 hours to reach to the specific restaurant for us to try the seafood. After waiting such a long time, we are very disappointed to witness the fact that their service isn’t satisfactory. The mixed platter’s quantity wasn’t fit enough for a family portion. We ordered the mix cajun which was their menu’s special, we were very unpleased with the fact that their crabs were extremely tiny and smelly. We have also ordered another specialty from their menu which was the 12 pieces of chicken wings, honey garlic siracha to be specific. But we have received 5 chicken wings, and the other all were mixed pieces of boney parts of the chicken, especially the neck with barely meat in it. As our bill had arrived after our dining, the price of our total bill was that the mixed cajun was 900 because we ordered about 2 of them, (450 sold separately) chicken wings were 385, 4 rice cups were 160, the coke of one and a half liter was 130 pesos. Our bill shoud have been 1,575 pesos. Instead, they gave us a bill equating to 2,025, which didn’t make any sense since the increase came out of no where with no mention. If we hadn’t notice nor calculated our bill, then we would’ve been scammed. They added 450 extra on our bill without pointing it out, which made us extremely and profoundly confused. After we informed the waiter of all these situations that had occured to us, he had brought us to the cashier. We tried to look for the manager, supervisor, even the owner, but it seems like all of them weren’t in charge as for the moment. Which maybe was the reason they were unprofessional with their services. After checking out everything, they bluntly turned a cold eye and gave a short apology and a discount which cannot make up the things we were experiencing, which the discount was 50 pesos off, it had felt like a joke. So finally we had paid our bill of 1,575 pesos and left the site without accepting their 50 PESOS discount. Its very humiliating after witnessing how they treat their customers so neglectfully. If anyone wants to visit for the view, it is totally recommendable. It’s just that their customers service...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly poor, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. Orders took an unnecessarily long time to arrive, and they weren’t served all at once, which disrupted our dining experience. To make matters worse, some of our orders were missing, and we had to keep chasing and calling the waiters to address these issues. There was absolutely no follow-up from the staff, leaving us feeling neglected.
Adding to the unpleasant experience, the live band’s male singer was incredibly annoying and arrogant. He kept running around spinning on the stage, drunk as we saw him drinking a bottle of beers, which was distracting/unprofessional, and his voice wasn’t even good enough to justify the performance.
One of the most concerning aspects, however, was the restaurant’s use of a caged monkey as an attraction. It was heartbreaking to see the poor animal confined in such a small space. This is an act of cruelty, and the monkey does not belong in a restaurant setting. It should be released back into the wild where it belongs. Such treatment of animals is unacceptable and left a very negative impression on us.
Animal welfare should investigate this establishment. Animal cruelty is prohibited under Republic Act No. 8485, also known as the Animal Welfare Act of 1998, as amended by Republic Act No. 10631.
To top it all off, the pork sisig we ordered was burned. We complained about it and requested to speak with the manager, but the manager never showed up. This lack of accountability was extremely frustrating and further reinforced the poor service.
Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this...
Read moreAmbiance of the place was good with plenty of parking space. But the service was horrible. We had to wait for more than an hour to get our tables cleaned and for them to take our order. We didn't have a choice but to wait since most restaurants were already closed. They gave us plates and drinks after 30 mins. After another 30 mins and a lot of follow ups, our food was served. The food was so-so for the price but definitely not worth the waiting time. The rice serving was decent. Pork Sisig looked like egg with sisig but it was kinda good. Sinigang was good too. The Pigar-pigar was too bland. The Squid looked like corn and carrots with a few chopped pieces of squid. Pancit Bihon was too dry. For the bill, we also had to wait again for around 20 minutes. Our experience was soooo bad. That would be our first and last time...
