Sizzling Time Daraga — Restaurant in Daraga

I'll give this place a solid 3. I ordered the baby back ribs and It's a few steps away from those at the restaurants. Although I'm a bit disappointed in the consistency of their foods since I saw other's bbr have garnishes and all while mine's all simple and ordinary looking, it still tastes good nonetheless. As for the unli juice/water and unli soup, it's a few levels ahead from that of an ordinary eatery.. For the unli rice, however, I had to wait for atleast 30 minutes per batch. I would've had atleast 4 normally but since the staff's atmosphere make me lost my appetite so I only had two. Anyways, 3 is still good. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend the ribs! The pork sisig was a bit bland but the portion sizing was generous. The fries were okay. However, the soup was not hot AT ALL.

I rated the service a three because they got some of our orders wrong. My partner accidentally choked on his food while they were filming and they looked at him as if he ruined everything and that definitely made a bad impact in terms of the atmosphere and service.

Would go back for the food but I'm not looking forward to...

Food: Masarap siya. But yung beef gyudon is super konti ng beef and puro sibuyas na. Medyo maalat lang yung timpla sa sabaw pero malasa. Di niyo di masyado ma-eenjoy pala yung unli drinks kasi masyadong busy ang paligid para ma-cater yung additional req niyo hehe. Service: inefficient yung siste ng mga kumukuha ng order kaya ang tagal bago makarating sa kitchen yung order (mga 10-20mins), then saka pa lang magagawa yung order. Hence, for 2 dishes, inabot kami ng one hour 🥲. Mas masarap sana yung food kung mainit pa. Atmosphere: mukhang inip na lahat ng customer kasi nasa 1hr talaga before mailabas yung order from the time na kinuha.

All in all, masarap yung food (can’t deny). Pero parang di siya worth it ng more than an hour nang paghihintay 🥲
