One of the busiest Jollibee stores, and malamang it means "consistent and high volume of sales" PERO isa rin sa pinaka dugyot. Daming idle people (not trainees), they're just chatting they could've swept the floor for too much dirt/food leftovers. They also wipe the tables untidily, kahit napunasan na ang dumi pa din, parang tipid na tipid sa cleaning materials. Tapos yung ceiling nila natulo pa, pero ung signage na wet floor andun sa isang gilid, hndi nila nilalagay sa natutuluan na area, and mukang matagal ng natulo pero di man lang ipagawa ng owner.. Cashier nila is dalawa lang, one for senior/deliveries, tapos the other for standard customers. The first time I lined up, there are at least 7 customers in front of me, and since there is only 1 line, no choice.
The guy at the delivery/senior citizen line was nice, fast, and efficient. The woman at the standard line was okay not sure if she was the one who messed up in entering takeout instead of dine in. They had this guy who asks you for advanced orders but the customer, 1 person after me, had to reselect all over again his orders which really took some time. I think nobody also took the orders in advance prior to being the busy time. Nobody was observing them, no one is overseeing what is really happening generally, I didn't see the manager there or maybe didn't even notice.
The one who took the order erased the checkmark on the take out checkbox lazily, and checked the dine in. This made a confusion and they had my order packed as take out instead of dine in. We were waiting at the dine in area and there they are shouting the number at the takeout area, the guy who brought the order seems not too pleased when he brought the food, and I said to him, this should be dine in not take out.
The rest ng employees sa branch na ito, I don't know. Parang pachill chill lng talaga, un cashier lng sa senior citizen line yung magaling. Madumi, mabagal, and uncourteous sila, idk if they've just been too busy today but I have only seen one accomodating personnel sa kanila. And that is indifferent for a dining business, no hospitality means low rates sa customer satisfaction nyo. It was a good thing that you asked for feedback while I was there because I was not really happy with what I saw. Read moreI purchased a Jollibee Burger Steak on the afternoon of March 3, 2025, via Grab from the Jollibee Dasma Bayan Branch. While eating, I noticed what appeared to be insect eggs in my food. I had almost finished eating before I noticed them. This is very concerning, especially regarding health, and I don't know how much of the insect I may have already consumed. I previously thought the Facebook posts about Jollibee were not true. I’ve had very high expectations of Jollibee since childhood, as it has always been my favorite fast food. I was specifically craving authentic Jollibee from the Philippines since I had just returned from working overseas. However, seeing and experiencing this has been incredibly disappointing. After this incident, I feel that the next time I eat Jollibee, I will feel nauseous or unable to trust the food as I once did.
