Mang Inasal Dasmariñas — Restaurant in Dasmariñas

I would like to thank ur cashier na nag offer samin ng only table sa baba kase sa 2nd floor lang ang dine in nyo she initiate to give me a priority to also use their staff c.r na nasa baba near cashier area .Im pregnant and it shows. I understand the establishment but what i dont understand is hindi lahat ng staff nyo and manager is same ng cashier nyo i really appreciate her concern and service she gave to us . Medyo nadismaya lang ako sa manager kase sinide ko na ung bag ko to show my bump so she can easily understand why im heading to staff c.r kase nga sobrang taas ng hagdan pataas ng 2nd flr.nag eexplain ako sa kanya she was too far and she doesnt take any step to come near me to hear what im saying .ewan ko kung bakit ? I think she only want me na MAS pakinggan siya .what i received is a finger point upstair and say "c.r po nasa taas" .im holding my baby bump at that time. She said that to me 2x medyo nilakasan ko na ung boses ko kase wala talaga siyang initiate pakinggan ako then there nag sabe siya "ok po" for me it was a bad experience as a pregnant woman na nag adjust na because i love the food in mang inasal my partner insisted na sa baba nalang kami kumain total nag initiate nadn si cashier para samin pero ako ayaw ko sana gusto ko sana sa taas kase nandun lahat ung refill servce nyo at auko na makaabala pa sa mga staff na dahil sakn baba pa sila . but when i saw nga ung hagdan.... matatag ako...kaya dun nalang nga kami sa baba. Parang medyo nalungkot lang talaga ako sa inasal ng babaeng manager na nakakaalam ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE . ...na hindi ko dapat ma experience sa kanya as a customer as a priority customer na mahirap na nga sakn mag adjust.

Hi i would like to tell you guys that the staffs here are only good. and one we order some food and we got confuse by one of my friend didn't get there food we are confuse because we order 4 not unli rice but 1 food that unli rice but its became reverse 4 ung naging unli rice and my friend didn't receive her food so we shared our food. and then we have to wait 1hr and 7 minutes for the chicken? like why? We waited so long and then the result are just barbecue pls fix it. especially the food 1hr for the...

We dine 20 minutes before closing 😅 Can you imagine that? Staffs are preparing to close the store and my family came? Lol! I am expecting them to be angry or somehow act cold because we still get inside to eat HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT! Instead, they smile, the kuyas assisted us very snappy and fast, they even gave us free rice even for those who are not UNLI lol 🤣
