I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the dining experience my family and I had at your restaurant on december 15,2024. We arrived at approximately 7:40 PM for a dinner reservation, along with a group of 7, but unfortunately, we left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Our evening started with an unacceptable wait time of almost two hours before our meal was served. This was especially frustrating as we were already quite hungry, given that it was a busy day due to the parade. While we understand that delays may occur in busy times, the situation was further exacerbated by the additional order of 6 cups of rice we placed.
The waiter informed us that the rice would take 5 minutes to prepare, but after 15 minutes, we followed up, only to be told repeatedly that the rice was still not cooked. This delay was completely unreasonable, especially given the circumstances. What made matters worse was when I went to the counter to pay, I observed your cashier eating a freshly cooked serving of rice. It was deeply upsetting to witness such a discrepancy between how the staff were being served and the poor service provided to the customers. This behavior appeared inconsiderate and unprofessional, further tarnishing our dining experience.
We chose your restaurant expecting a pleasant experience, but instead, we were left feeling neglected and angry. The lack of attention to our needs, particularly regarding the rice, along with the inappropriate conduct of staff, has left us with a very negative impression of your establishment.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into how this matter can be addressed, both in terms of customer service and the professionalism of your staff.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you regarding any steps that will be taken to improve the experience for...
Read moreThis is one of the oldest Davao Chinese restos with the usual Chinese food. What we usually order as take-out here are their special siopao (P46) and their mini-asado siopao (P18). What we also crave for and love here is their Lomi that's so tasty and flavorful. The lomi has sizes and the large size good for 5-6 people is priced at P300. Food is really value for money, too. These are their staples which are "must tries." We usually take our orders here since parking is so limited we usually end up parking at Juan dela Cruz St. which is a block away so we walk for less about 5-10 minutes. Not so convenient for customers. The good thing about tuis place is their staff - warm and accommodating and can give suggestions on food choices. Even the security guards helps in the take-outs. Place has been upgraded and has a nice, modern ambiance. They also have 2/F for some functions needing a bigger space. Waiting time is a bit longer though. I guess they need to anticipate the flow of customers so they need to improve this aspect. All in all, worth a visit when in Davao - an old, well-loved resto that stood the test of...
Read moreHORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE! Dont waste ur time visiting this place. This was actually highly recommended to us but only gave us huge disappointment. It took almost an hour to serve the food. We even had to make a follow up on our order. And to our dismay, the waiter just ignored us, moreso, rolled his eyes. And guess what, the food was abviously cooked hurriedly. The highly anticipated lomi was so bland, it didn't have taste at all and the noodles were not cooked well. The beef in tapsilog was as tough as leather and the egg was overcooked, obviously cooked in high heat in a hurry. DISCRIMINATION. The table next to us arrived 15 minutes after us but got served ahead of us. They were double our count but wearing jewelries. Disgusting attitude of ALLLLL the staff. Don't get me wrong, we are decent people and didn't create any fuss with the staff during our visit. Management should do something about this or at least train and discipline the...
