I asked the service crew near the food area for a sachet of ketchup (5 pcs).
Me: " excuse me pwede mag hinge po Ng ketchup? 5 sachets po "
Pregnant service crew: " para San po gamitin "??
Me: thinking wow! You have to ask your customer what they'll do with the ketchup!?
Malamang SA kamay gagawing lotion!
MISS BUNTIS, next time don't ask your costumer para San gagamitin ang KETCHUP! COMMON SENSE PLEASE!

Read moreJust tonight, around 11pm, my friends asked me to buy one S4 (Jolli Spaghetti with yumburger: P115), one Y1 (yumburger with regular fries: P96), and one solo yumburger (P40) with no upgraded drinks. They charged me 276 pesos instead of 251 and also gave me one less yumburger. Also, different receipt were given.
Fortunately, people are to hungry to go back and complain, some of the order is already bitten when noticed.
I admit, I failed to check the order before leaving. Still, it disappoints me as a regular customer. I just want to remind that this mistakes are crucial (2 mistakes at the same time and same customer) and bad for the business.
