Lispher Inn — Hotel in Davao City

This is our home away from home in Davao City. We love having staycation here.|My son was only 2 years old when we first stayed in this hotel. He is now 14. ||Our personal reasons:||1. The beds and pillows: You always get spare pillows. Sometimes we ask for more and they would gladly give us. The bed competes with the high end hotels. And mind you, I barely hear the noise from the road.||2. The restaurant: Avenida restaurant offers delicious foods that are affordable. We practically ordered almost all the foods in their menu and we liked everything! My son loves their pancakes. My husband loves their pancit guisado, siopao and siomai. I love their adobo and JJs Supreme Burger.||3. The price: It is not the cheapest but its considered affordable. Price ranges from 1,700-2,500++. They even have family rooms - with plated breakfast. They also provide soap, shampoo and clean, white towels. ||4. Staff: They are courteous. I dont know if it helped that they knew us since then but so far, we are always treated nicely everytime we stay here. ||5. Location: Its near SNR, NCCC Mall, MTS, SM City, several restaurant nearby, PWC, a pharmacy at a walking distance, and no problem with transportation....

We were first time travellers to davao city. This inn was recommended to us via word of mouth. When we booked our reservation, they didn't charge us a reservation fee which we found odd. Apparently, that's how trusting davaoenos are. ||The place was small, decent, clean and it has the necessary needs we looked for. We Always go for cheap and decent places to stay whenever we travel since we often leave the place most of the stay. ||The staffs are very friendly, although I do wish they would hire more waiters in their restaurant. Not that I am complainimg about the service, but the service tends to be slow since they only had 2 waiters who were very eager to most as fast as they could. |The place is also near the ma in roads and is very accessible! |||Overall I recommend this Inn for families or persons travelling...

This is an Inn that's convenient as it is near S&R, Matina area.

It used to be clean but it has slightly deteriorated in that department a few months ago. Perhaps Management can look into the state of the rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. We like the homey atmosphere of this cozy Inn and the price of rooms is reasonable.

However, of late, we noticed someone smoking by the exit stairs and informed Front office as the carcinogenic smell of tobacco permeated our room.

Airconditioning unit was noisy, and toilet was not cleaned well. It is quite disappointing at this point. We were given a room where the floor wasn't even swept; we were too tired to complain as we arrived late in the evening.
