McDonald's Davao Bajada — Restaurant in Davao City

I really am not satisfied with this one. I stood in line for a while because of only 1 cashier in a very busy restaurant. They are using the touch screen order boards, which can be confusing in the first use. I think they still should have a full time cashier for seniors. Most seniors don't want to use the board nor know how to use it. The decor is dated and the simulated leather seats are cracked. The breakfast sandwich was hot but the bread was old and not fresh. The potato was cold. This McDonald's has always been busy. Please invest in a full time cashier in the morning dedicated to seniors. Please upgrade your seats. Idk what the problem is in this branch but no matter the time, we always get cold fries. Even the gravy pump is broken and my brother got splashed with hot gravy. He's fine though but we wouldn't want other people to experience this and worse, drop their food. I hope this pump gets fixed soon. But yes, back to the fries, my siblings and I tried coming in the morning and lunchtime and we still got cold fries. I don't want to feel entitled to ask for hot fries but I'm sure there has to be some management strategies to get these fries hot for a longer time. Will try to come back hoping for hot...

Ordered a 6-piece McShare Box for takeout from this branch and had a smooth, hassle-free experience. The crew was polite, efficient, and even acknowledged our PWD card (from my aunt) without any issues, a small gesture that made a big difference.

They got everything in my order right and thoughtfully placed it in a plastic bag, which was a huge help since we were on a motorcycle. Considering how many branches in the city no longer provide bags, this level of service stood out.
