You NEED to try Red Fern Pavilion! 🌿🍽️
We just celebrated a 50th birthday here, and let me tell you—it did NOT disappoint! The food? Incredible. If you love Filipino flavors, this is the place.
🔥 Must-try dishes?
Pork Sizzling Sisig – So crispy and flavorful, you’ll keep going back for more. Baby Back Ribs – Fall-off-the-bone tender, smoky, and just chef’s kiss 👌 Beef Sinigang – The perfect mix of sour and savory—comfort food at its finest. And the ambiance? Spot on. Whether you’re planning a date night or a family gathering, it just feels right. They even have private rooms if you want something more intimate.
Now let’s talk service—the staff is amazing! Super attentive, friendly, and they really know how to take care of their customers. Oh, and the place? So clean! Even the bathroom was spotless, with a big mirror and nice details (a small thing, but it makes a difference, right?).
🥤 Drinks? Their lemonades are sweet and refreshing—a great pick-me-up. 💰 Prices? Totally worth it, especially if you go for their mid-to-high price sets—you get what you pay for, and then some.
Booking was super easy, and they’ve got a great online presence, so no hassle at all. We left happy, full, and already planning our next visit.
If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. Go try it! 🙌

Read moreChecked out Red Fern Pavilions, and I gotta say—the ambiance is on point. The location is ideal, kinda tucked away for that little escape vibe. Love that. The food? Nothing mind-blowing, but the coffee hits the spot.
What really stood out? The lone waiter running the whole show. Super friendly, accommodating, and really knew his stuff. Props to him for handling everything like a pro. But here’s the kicker—when I asked about their new coffee flavors, he had no clue because they weren’t even allowed to taste them. Seriously? I’m always turned off by restos that don’t let their staff experience their own menu. How can they confidently sell something they’ve never even tried? Super disappointing.
Another heads-up—since there’s a waterfall and pond in the area, be ready for potential mosquito bites. Might want to wear repellent or, at the very least, avoid shorts if you’re the type to get bitten easily.
Overall? Decent spot, great service from the waiter (who, unfortunately, is leaving), but not something I’d rush back to. GenSan needs more places like this, but they need that extra something to...
Read moreRed Fern Pavilions will be the next "it" place, that people would love to be photographed in. It is conceptualized with the idea of having exclusivity and privacy while dining. Each pavilion will be surrounded by plants to make sure you get to enjoy your food in private without worrying about the table next to you. Since the pandemic, we all get scared of dining indoors with the air circulating around among diners. The Red Fern boasts of outdoor dining setting. And because of Gensan's heat, each pavilion is also equipped not only with ceiling fans but a misting mechanism to keep its diners cool.
Food is also superb. try the Grilled Alaskan Salmon with Grilled Shiitake Mushrooms on Cuban Rice for the main course. Stuffef Tofu with Shrimp is also a must try among others. Dessert is their specialty as well! Try the Princess Anne Pavlova for...
