SBQ (shabecue) Korean Restaurant — Restaurant in General Trias

We ordered from your restaurant via Grab and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the items we received. We ordered 4 items worth ₱1,120 (receipt attached), and when the food arrived and we opened everything, we noticed that all the fried items were badly burned.

I didn’t want to judge right away, so I still tried the food, but sadly, it tasted like charcoal. I’ve already reported this to Grab, but I also wanted to personally let you know about our experience because we were really looking forward to the meal especially my wife, who is currently pregnant and had cravings, which is why we chose to order from your store.

Sadly, we weren’t able to eat any of it.

This is actually the first time we’ve ever filed a complaint, and we’re only doing so now because of how truly disappointed we are. We hope this can be addressed, and that more care will be taken in the preparation of food next time.

I recently had an amazing dining experience at SBQ (Shabecue). The vibe was fantastic—lively and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out.

The food was absolutely delicious; every dish was fresh and full of flavor.

On top of that, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and super attentive, which really made the meal even better.

The owners are friendly, and they were so kind that they gave me a free drink.

The price was cheaper than at nearly all other restaurants.

Couldn't be happier with the service and quality of food. Overall feels very underrated compared to other KBBQ restaurants.
