It takes so long for your order to be served, I understand how they have to cook it first for great quality, though. I often dine here, but there was this one time when I kept on asking the crew for my food because others who came in later than me had their food served already. One of the crew just said for me to wait... Finally, after asking more than 3x, I guess (I only asked after waiting for a long while) the manager noticed me, and it turned out my order was never prepared in the first place. I heard her yell to "prio" my order, and a few minutes later, my food was served. The crew who took my order on the counter, assisted in the kitchen, and the crew I asked for my order more than thrice might be having a rough time that day. I...

They don't immediately accept calls for delivery. The phone suddenly becomes busy. When you try to call a bit later, the phone would ring, but no one would answer. Then the phone would be busy again. After calling for more than 20 times, they finally picked up. I dont know what reason they have, but they should really fix that customer...
