Read moreService to customers is VERY POOR, the staff takes too long to prepare your order, it took me 30-40 mins just to get my simple order (spag with fries). There's no collaboration between the staffs, they seem to be not trained enough because only one staff is preparing the orders to be taken by the customers while others are just standing and watching, not lending a help. Cleaning was only wiping the tables but not thoroughly. There are still dirt left. (You wipe it yourself 😢). The establishment still requires Vax Card when dining-in (during Covid-19 days).
