Jollibee — Restaurant in Iloilo City

I love this Jollibee branch one strong point of it is it is open 24/7! Which is really helpful for me when I was an under training employee. When you are to tired to go out after work from the boarding house and just sleep right away only to be woken by hunger at midnight! Trying to find a place to eat is not easy, but thanks to this place there is no problem.

The staff is well oriented, ready to serve, polite and approachable. You can even talk to them while they work, they will respond. The place is also good, it is big, with lots of parking space, it also have a drive thru and party room. Even if it is right along the highway, the large parking space makes a difference in safety...

I love Jollibee but please remind your staff to focus when serving customers. The cashier was busy joking with a bunch of staff and someone who seemed to be the manager. She forgot to put tissue and a fork with my take out order. Does she expect me to eat spaghetti with my hands and not be able to wipe them clean? Additionally, I said no ice in my drink but she still put ice in it. She also gave me the wrong receipt. Spaghetti for take out, with regular coke, no ice. Such a simple order and there was no line. Several times when you order a specific part of a chicken they will give you everything except the part that you've ordered. They are notorious when doing this for take out or drive through when you dont have the opportunity to check you order.

Additionally, this branch is usually out of stocks when it comes to the latest products of Jollibee and is late when releasing it.
