McDonald's — Restaurant in Iloilo City

This is one of the worst McDonalds branch in the Philippines. First, they don't get your order right. I ordered a chicken fillet with two rice for take out. I trusted the employees to get the order right but they disappointed me. Once is understandable but this is the 4th time it happened. Second, they don't bother to turn on the air conditioner in their dining area. Third, they don't deliver your food on the time they said. Speed and Attention to Detail is not their friend.

At the end of the day, this was my experience. I am sure there are others who have been served well but I just wish they could take the time to respect their customers enough to deliver the correct product at the right time.

I will try to come back someday in the hopes that they will try to do better but I will trying other branches for...

The staff was inattentive and slacking. We were in a hurry so we ordered for takeout, after the long wait they finally gave us our meal. We thought they had packed everything since they already laid out our order to be picked up, one staff even gave it to us so we took it and left. That was until we noticed that they had forgotten to include the Sundae's that we ordered for takeout, in addition to that, they gave us a plain chicken fillet not the Chicken fillet ala king that we ordered, we were travelling and catching up to time so we couldn't go back since the McDo location was already far away from where we were at that time. I was disappointed because we wanted to eat Sundae's first after a long and tiring day. A total...

Worst MCDO!! I ordered pancakes and hotchoco at 8:55 AM it was served 9:30 AM without even asking me if I was willing to wait that long! The staff in the counter even had that guts to say "may 2 ka lang di maam" dahil kulang daw yung coins. Really? Do you expect people to go back in your store just to get that 2pesos change na kulang? Worst is they made me wait for my order that long while witnessing some of the customers who came late, ordered pancakes also and yet na una pa silang i-serve! Their hot choco is also worst! Close to taste less na half...
