McDonald's Nueno — Restaurant in Imus

I am a loyal McDonald's customer, but my recent experiences at the Nueno Ave. branch have been disappointing. On one occasion, I was served a substandard product that did not meet McDonald’s quality standards. Upon raising this concern with the manager, they acknowledged the issue and explained it was the last mixture available. While they apologized and offered a refund or replacement, I believe such a product should never have been served in the first place. Knowing it was the last batch, more attention should have been given to ensure it met quality standards.

Additionally, another customer nearby also called the manager's attention about receiving a cold coffee, further pointing to service inconsistencies at this branch.

This isn’t the first time our family has encountered issues at this location, which suggests a deeper problem in management and staff training. I strongly recommend comprehensive training for the managers and crew to uphold McDonald’s standards and ensure better accountability and service consistency.

To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint on December 1 but have yet to receive a response or resolution. As a loyal customer, this lack of acknowledgment is both disheartening and unacceptable. I hope McDonald’s management takes this feedback seriously and implements immediate...

Food - wala na pong yelo yung drinks namin, hindi din po spicy yung chicken ko , medyo hilaw pa po yung 2 MPS, baliktad po nangyari e mas malamig po yung food namin kaysa sa drinks

Service - negative talaga, hinayaan niyo lang pong nakatayo yung partner ko sa harap ng counter niyo?

Ito yung story Around 1:25 something umorder kami ng partner ko sa kiosk don na rin kami nagbayad kasi sabi ko nga para mas mabilis kasi may work kami ng partner ko around 2:00, nagdine in kami, after 10 mins wala parin po yung order namin which is understandable kasi nga po maraming customer, lumapit po yung partner ko sa counter para iask kong okay na yung food, HINDI PO SIYA INASIKASO, hinayaan lang po siyang nakatayo nakatingin sa staff niyo, may pumansin naman sa partner ko which is BUSBOY sinabihan niya na yung dispatcher na itakeout yung food namin, kasi ayaw na po namin magantay ng subrang tagal pag dine in, wala pong pumansin sa sinabe nung busboy, d na po namin inabala yung guy kasi po pagod na siya kakahatid at kakaligpit ng dine in, bumalik po yung partner ko sa table namin sabi niya sakin di siya inaasikaso, d pinapansin sabi ko sakanya baka busy lang, bumalik po ulit sa counter yung partner ko ang tagal niya po bumalik sa table namin wala siyang ibang sinabe “D AKO PINAPANSIN DON, PARA AKONG TNG” okay lang po sana magantay pero sana pansinin po kami or sabihin “maam wait lang po medyo marami po kasing customer” or kaya “wait po unahin lng po namin to” tinatarayan lang po kami ng crew niyo (LALAINE) something daw po yung name, nabadtrip na po ako kami na po ng partner ko bumalik sa counter niyo, hindi po kami pinansin ng crew niyo nilalapagan lang po kami ng pagkain sa harap namin, hanggang sa dumating po si kiesha or krishha po inasikaso at tinakeout niya po yung food namin agad agad subrang appreciate po namin siya, kasi subrang lamig na po nung food d parin po naitatakeout, marami po kaming kasabay na gusto itakeout yung food pero d po inaasikaso nung lalaine, crew din po ako sa isang restaurant, hindi niyo po dapat hinahayaan na nakatingin lang sainyon yung customer, at hindi binibigay yung kailangan niya subrang nalungkot kami d na sana kami magrereklamo pero yung food namin subrang lamig na hilaw pa tapos mali pa yung binigay samin hindi spicy, yung drinks namin lasang tubig na kasi...

This is the 4th consecutive Sunday that they serve our orders after more than 30 minutes. They are not a fast food anymore.

They are not short staffed. It was a regular Sunday morning. Church goers drop by here every after mass. I thought at first that they were just surprised of the volume of the customers. But for the 4th consecutive Sunday? Really? To think that they only have breakfast selections in the morning, they don't prepare

I rated 1 star for the atmosphere because you can already here the same rants of the other customers waiting too long for their orders and the place is getting crowded.
