Starbucks - The District Imus — Restaurant in Imus

I had an unfortunate experience I had during my recent visit to your Starbucks branch at The District Imus. I feel that it is important to share this feedback in the hope of improving service quality for all customers.

During my visit, the barista named Vivi who took my order appeared to be very unwelcoming. I had to repeat my order and payment details several times, and also informed her that I would be redeeming my Starbucks Rewards Stars. The overall interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive.

Additionally, another barista named Von, who was at the bar, was chatting with a customer for an extended and unacceptable amount of time after preparing my order. Instead of handing me my drink, he continued his conversation. When I called his attention and asked if he could hand over my order, he did not offer any apology for the delay.

This experience was disappointing and not up to the standard I have come to expect from Starbucks. I hope that you can address this issue to ensure that all customers receive the welcoming and efficient service that Starbucks...

We had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks District Imus. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and fast, efficient service. The baristas were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying a peaceful break from a busy day. Our drinks were absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and perfectly blended. You can really taste the quality and care in every sip!

Also, even though it was a busy night, the staff remained attentive and cheerful, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. Plus, their attention to detail (like writing names and sweet notes on cups!) added such a personal touch.

Right when i enter the place a staff name "JAMIE" greeted me with her smile and very lively manner. Her presence and aura makes the store more welcoming. As i observe her attending the other clients , she really pays attention to details and request. She is definetely a mood changer. She lighten up the room. She helped me with my gift card since i cannot connect on the wifi or my hotspot as im trying to open the app. She also ask me about why i prefer dairy free pastry because i am vegan. Unlike the other stores, even i asked for soymilk alt and confirming it after the drink is ready if they put soymilk "they can't even look you in the eye" while saying yes(means maybe they forgot) i like the ambiance of this store.
