We ordered through the drive-thru and stated our order correctly at least three times before proceeding with the payment. During the payment process, we kept repeating our order, but the staff insisted it was a rice bowl. We continued to correct them and proceeded with the payment, assuming they had finally understood our order. However, after we paid, we realized they had entered the rice bowl instead. Would like to commend this particular KFC store for stepping up their game in ensuring public safety and cleanliness. Not only do they have plenty of hand sanitizers and alcohol positioned at the counter, but they also sanitize the floor, doors, chairs and tables every so often. The restrooms are clean. They also have soap and hand dryers. Service is fast, every KFC store now has a dedicated lane for Grab food so as not to overcrowd their ordering system... Never order a delivery from this branch. It will take them an hour or more just to get it delivered. They don't follow suggestions when you order online and sometimes orders are incomplete when delivered. My latest experience was today, Mother's day, and I ordered before lunch and the delivery came 2 hours 24 mins late. No compensation for late delivery. My order was 1 mashed potato short, no utensils, and the delivery guy rushed out after I gave the payment. You can dine-in fine but never order here...
