Expected soo much but failed.

First, there's no one at the door to assist you to be seated, the guard and waiter seems like doesn't care of their diners.

2nd flies everywhere. Hello sanitation department!

3rd servers seems not trained of their menu, not proactive, doesn't know how yo set table, just putting utensils and dining ware without excusing themselves!

4th the Food! We ordered half Chicken honey, arrived was like a overcooked deep fried super small chicken. The server doesn't seem like to care if the customer need further assistance. Shanghai rice was a disappointment. Pastry? Please dont dare to eat.

What happened Aristocrat?

My mom was a former employee back in late 70s to early 80s, walked in with so much pride and nostalgic but walked away...

The restaurant is quite simple. It’s located inside Cavite SM. There are several tables so when you come in to eat there’s no wait time to be seated. The facility has one restroom, in other words no gender bias. The facility appeared to be clean.

The food was absolutely amazing. We ordered a few things since this was my first time here. My personal favorite was the Crispy Pata, really crunchy skin and tender meat. The name of this suits the taste, it was delectable. The pancit and lumpia were also great dish choices. You cannot go wrong with pancit (personal opinion) :).

The staff were friendly and attentive. However, if you ordered a drink and not water, they will not offer/serve it unless you ask for a glass of water. :( The price is not bad at all,...

Shout-out to the amazing crew of Aristocrat Restaurant for their kindness toward stray dogs in the area.

I’ve personally seen some of the staff share food and water with these strays — and it’s such a heartwarming sight. The dogs and cats stay calm, don’t bother customers, and you can tell they feel safe here.

In a world where many places chase these animals away, it’s inspiring to see an establishment that chooses compassion. Salute to the management and especially the crew members who go out of their way to make a difference for these voiceless creatures.
