Pros:
Waking up by midnight and finding yourself hungry calls for some quick solutions. But then again, fast-food is way out of question because what you are looking for all along is a nice al fresco dining experience over a simple friend chicken, maybe a rice or two and loads of gravvy (they use to serve it in an insulated pitcher) and more if you know how to ask nicely. There could be no other place nearby who caters to that craving of eating with diet off the tickler.
The location makes it accessible to transient lodgers during nighttime when all other fast food outlets that offers affordable ranges at a guaranteed price below 1 hundred pesos.
Fair enough, they were able to sustain the visibility of the brand by word of mouth in aspect of affordability. Alongside the regular Dokito (and the spicy version which I really love) there are additions in the menu: litsong manok, porkchop, rellenong bangus, bicol express, chopsuey, and few more. Also, they offer thrifty combinations of "Silogs" for breakfast. But with a distance to nearby terminals going in and out of the town, it's no surprise to find yourself on a long queue during middays and early evenings. Their chicken sells like hotcakes!

Ayos lang yon, wala naman problema don. Gusto ko lang imention na bagsak agad sa customer service yung mga staff ninyo. Etong pang yayari na to, hindi ko to ibinahagi para may mawalan ng trabaho. Gusto ko kang gisingin yung management ng Andok’s Kalibo branch!! So eto na nga, naka order n ako ng food. So kukuha na sana ako ng cuttleries, kaso nakita ko may kanin pa yun mga kutsyara nyo. So ayos lang naman sana sken, sabi ko wag na lang mag kutsara. Naghugas na lang ako ng kamay at nagkamay na lang ako. Umorder nga pala ako ng chopsuey at dokito with rice. Gutom na gutom ako at ganado sana ako kumain. Naguumpisa na akong kumain siguro mga 4 na subo na ako. Pag kita ko sa kinakain ko may langaw na , na maliit. Na sigurado akong naisama sa pagluto ng chopsuey. Hindi naman ako maselan, madami din naman langaw samin, mdami din namang langaw dto sa paligid habang kumakain kme pero ayos lang un. Pero ung maisama sa pagluluto yung langaw, hinding hindi ok un. So ok na, binalik ko ung pagkain. Pinalitan nila. Pero wala man lang lumapit na manager. So ibig ba sbhin walang on duty manager sa oras na to? So eto na nga kakain na sana ulit ako, hiniram ko sa kabilang table ung gravy na nakalagay sa thermos. Nung hihiramin ko na, ang sabi ng isa sa mga customer ninyo, “ay maasim yan ma’am” . WOOOOW naman andok’s management. Hindi nyo na din namomonitor yung gravy nyo na mukang umaga pa kaya umasim na din? So ayon lang. nakwento ko lang no? Ung worst experience ko sa Andok’s Kalibo Branch.
